Refinery Optimization :: Delta + Monroe

Description: A team of 10 to 15 people providing end-to-end services for improvement of work processes, technology and organization of Delta Jet supply. In 2012, Delta acquired a refinery in the Philadelphia area; our goal is to integrate its processes with the Jet Delta supply processes, supporting a new division of Delta (Fuels) and the wholly owned subsidiary Monroe Energy. We are designing, developing and implementing solutions for supply chain optimization, operation performance monitoring, deal capture, logistics and scheduling. We contract directly with the client and manage two other companies work.
